March 18 & 19, 2026 at the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center

In the framework of SAGSE South America 2026, taking place on March 18–19, 2026 at the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center, we spoke with CasinoSoft about the new requirements platform providers face in Latin America. As operators become increasingly demanding around integration speed, operational stability, and regulatory adaptability, the company explains how the technology stack is evolving and which markets are setting the pace across the region.

From a platform perspective: what does LATAM demand today from a provider to scale frictionlessly, and how is the stack evolving?

Today in LATAM, operators prioritize two things: the ability to integrate quickly and rock-solid stability. No one wants to spend months just to go live. The market is looking for simple, well-documented integrations and technical teams that are available to support every stage of the process.

At the same time, stability and uptime are critical, because any interruption has a direct impact on the business.

Another key factor is compliance. Each market has its own rules and requirements, and providers must be able to adapt quickly to every jurisdiction. In that sense, Argentina is one of our focus markets: we are ready to offer our certified software in the country, and it is a core priority in our regional expansion.

There has also been a sharp increase in demands around local payments and retention tools. Regional payment methods, digital wallets, and well-segmented promotions make a real difference in conversion and player loyalty.

To support this, the stack is evolving toward more modular architectures, standardized integrations, and analytics tools that give operators greater control over their operations.

Which LATAM markets are standing out, and what learnings have changed the product or operations?

Brazil is, without a doubt, one of the most attractive markets due to its size and the speed of its growth. We are also seeing steady development in Colombia and Mexico, where there are already well-established operators and players who are more accustomed to the online experience.

At the same time, Argentina is a key market because of its level of digital adoption and the regulatory evolution across different provinces. We are therefore advancing with a strong focus on local certifications to ensure we can operate solidly and for the long term.

One of the major learnings in the region is that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Each market has its own particularities in payments, regulation, and gaming preferences, which has forced us to make the product much more flexible.

Another important lesson has been true localization: translating the language is not enough. What’s needed is support in the same time zone, real market knowledge, and the ability to react quickly to regulatory or commercial changes.

What role does personalized support play, and why do spaces like SAGSE 2026 accelerate technical and commercial trust?

In LATAM, the relationship with the operator carries as much weight as the technology itself. Operators value having an accessible team that responds quickly and understands the local context. Support, account management, and hands-on guidance during integration are what truly make the difference.

Close, responsive support reduces timelines, removes friction, and enables more structured business scaling.

Events like SAGSE are extremely valuable in this regard because they bring relationships to a more personal level. Face-to-face meetings accelerate trust, simplify complex technical conversations, and open the door to long-term joint projects.
