March 18 & 19, 2026 at the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center

As part of SAGSE South America 2026, Slotline Cleaners will host two technical talks (100% aimed at maintenance staff and slot technicians), focusing on a factor that directly impacts the business: the “invisible maintenance” that protects machine uptime and, consequently, revenue.

In a modern physical gaming floor, the issue is not always an electronic failure. Many times, the root cause is dirt, static, grease, nicotine, and residue, which translate into bill validator rejections, slipping tickets, dim screens, jammed stackers, and overheating components. The result: downtime + poor player experience + increased corrective support.

Slotline Cleaners will open a dedicated space for technicians, with a practical and actionable approach: protocols, common mistakes, and preventive routines to optimize floor operations.

The sessions will focus on best practices for:

  • Professional cleaning of cabinets and screens (without damaging surfaces or touch functionality)

  • Electronics/PCB maintenance and static control

  • Optimization of validators, stackers, and printers (reducing jams and recurring errors)

  • Precision lubrication to reduce wear, noise, and mechanical failures

  • Products and tools (brief mention, usage-oriented)

Work will be carried out using specific solutions for technical maintenance, covering: general cleaning, screens/touch, electronics, validators/stackers, thermal printers, and lubrication.

What technicians will take back to their gaming floor

  • Component-by-component protocols (what to do / what not to do)

  • High-cost mistakes to avoid (incorrect chemicals, over-application, improper lubrication)

  • Preventive routine (daily/weekly/monthly) to reduce incidents

  • Checklist to reduce MTTR and standardize maintenance

This format has already been successfully implemented in technical sessions at previous regional events such as SAGSE Panamá and SAGSE Paraguay, with a strong focus on real operations and preventive maintenance.

Registration: Limited capacity. Technicians and maintenance staff can register to attend and secure their spot at Stand 150A during SAGSE 2026.
